Room Reservations

Conference rooms are available for the use of LIDS members in building 32 and 45.

Each room is equipped with a card reader that should allow any lab member access. If you have any trouble using or booking a room, email lids-help@mit.edu

Please make sure the room is clean and all tables and chairs are in their original locations after your meeting.

Everyone in the LIDS community should be able to reserve conference rooms in building 32 and 45 using IS&T's Spaces app (part of Atlas). If you don't see the rooms you expect or if you are unable to book them, email lids-help@mit.edu.

Note: recurring meetings are currently not supported for our rooms. If you have a recurring meeting you would need to book each event individually.
